Sierra Leone Premier League side East End Lions have been knocked out of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round.
The Killers suffered a 3-0 away defeat against Senegal’s ASC Jaraaf at Stade Lat Dior in the second leg.
Souleymane Cissé scored an impressive hatrick in the 2nd, 20th, and 45 minutes of the match to earn the host qualification to the next round.
In the first leg played at the Southern Arena in Bo City, ASC Jaraaf defeated Lions 1-0 with Papa Souleymane Dione scored the decisive goal.
ASC Jaraaf will now face either Union Touarga Sportif (UTS) or Racing Club d’Abidjan in the second-round qualifiers.
