Sierra Leone’s President Julius Maada Bio has appointed David Panda Noah as the new Chairman/Commissioner of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission.
This appointment comes in accordance with Section 3 (2) (a) of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission Act, 1990.
The decision was made by President Bio, and Mr. Noah’s appointment is expected to take effect upon his reporting for duty, with the effective date to be communicated by the Executive Secretary of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission.
Before this prestigious appointment, Mr. David Panda Noah had a distinguished career in public service.
He served as the country’s Minister of Internal Affairs. Before that, he was the Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority, where he played a pivotal role in regulating and coordinating various aspects of the transport industry, including vehicle registration and licensing, driver licensing, and the management of transportation routes for passengers and goods.
