The Leone Stars held an intense training session today in Liberia as they prepare for Tuesday’s crucial encounter against the Chipolopolo of Zambia.
This match marks the final matchday for Sierra Leone in the 2025 AFCON Qualifiers, and the team is determined to finish on a high note.
In another development, veteran striker Kei Kamara, who recently rejoined the national team, has departed camp this evening.
Kamara left following a special request from his MLS club, as they prepare for a critical playoff match in the United States. As a result, he will not be available for Tuesday’s game.
Despite Kamara’s absence, Head Coach Amidu Karim remains optimistic, expressing confidence in the players currently in camp.
“We have a strong team, and everyone is focused on delivering a positive result for Sierra Leone,” he said.
