The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Sierra Leone has issued a public notice for the sale of three properties located in the Western Area and Bo.
According to the notice, the properties include a fully furnished four-storey building with land at No. 8 Cemetery Road, off Peninsula Road, Ogoo Farm, in the Western Area; an unfurnished two-storey building off Peninsula Road, Black Johnson, also in the Western Area; and an incomplete two-storey building in Bo, Southern Province.
The ACC stated that the sale will be conducted through a private bid process. Interested buyers are required to submit sealed bids to the Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission at Integrity House, Tower Hill, Freetown.
Bids must clearly state the property of interest, proposed purchase price, and any contingencies.
The Commission said all submissions must be made no later than April 3, 2026.
According to the terms of sale, all properties will be sold on an “as-is” basis without warranties. The ACC added that bids will be reviewed and successful applicants will be notified.
Prospective buyers wishing to inspect the properties have been advised to schedule visits within 14 days from the date of the notice.
