Vice President Jalloh today Saturday 14th October, 2023 inspected project sites under construction in Kono District.
The Honourable Vice President started his inspection tour of the seventy-one Kilometers road construction project from Koidu to Kamiendor in Njagbema Town, Fiama Chiefdom, he later proceeded to the Maternal and Child Care Hospital reconstruction project in Koidu New Sembehun City, and concluded his tour at the Kono University of Science and Technology construction site in Gbense Chiefdom, Kono District.
Vice President Jalloh in his statement reassured the people of Kono that the various construction projects that were commissioned by President Julius Maada Bio would continue with the greatest commitment.
He maintained that he was in the district to give the people assurance for the fulfilment of promises made by President Bio to bring developments to the district.
The Vice President was accompanied by the Minister of Local Government and Community Affairs Tamba Lamina, Deputy Minister of Works Philip Tetema Tondoneh, District Council Chairman Augustine Sahr Sheku, Honourable Emerson Sahr Lamina and others.
