In the evening hours of today 6 September 2024, a tragic incident in Makama, near the back of the government hospital in Makeni, where a former student of Ernest Bai Koroma University has lost his life.
Abdulai, a comrade and brother to many, was a former student in the SOST Department at the university’s Makeni campus.
Reports from social media indicate that Abdulai was attacked by thieves at his residence.
He attempted to defend himself, but tragically, he was unable to escape the attackers.
His death has left the community in shock.
