The Leone Rock Premier League 2023/22024 season is scheduled to resume this weekend nationwide.
This development follows a recent legal setback for the league. A mere week ago, the High Court of Sierra Leone had imposed a sweeping injunction, effectively suspending all Sierra Leone Premier League matches until further notice.
Howevver, on Friday 10 November 2023, High Court Judge Justice Adrian Fisher discharged the court injunction filed by Kamboi Eagles FC Executive Membership against the the Leone Rock Premier League.
Following the court’s decision, the Sierra Leone Premier League Board announced that the matches scheduled for this weekend will go ahead.
