The Vice President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, is on a two-day working visit to Guinea-Bissau aimed at fostering stronger bilateral relations.
“This morning, I had the privilege of meeting His Excellency President Umaro Mokhtar Sissoco Embaló. Our discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in areas such as cultural and technical exchanges, as well as security and diplomacy training,” Dr. Jalloh announced.
He also held a working lunch with Prime Minister Rui Duarte Barros, during which both leaders addressed the press.
“The hospitality shown by President Embaló and his government has been truly fraternal,” Dr. Jalloh remarked.
Later today, the Vice President plans to meet with the Sierra Leonean community in Bissau.
“It’s a joy to be back in a city filled with fond memories,” he added, commending Ambassador Martha Kanagbo and her team for facilitating the visit.
