Inspector Ishmeal Keifala of the Sierra Leone Police has been awarded the prestigious title of “Ideal Officer” during the graduation ceremony for the Countering International Terrorism training course, held at the Egyptian Police Academy on October 16, 2024.
This intensive program, designated as course number 362, ran from August 24 to October 17, 2024, in collaboration with the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) at the Police Research Centre (PRC).
Inspector Keifala’s stellar performance throughout the course distinguished him among participants from 21 countries, earning him multiple accolades for his exceptional contributions and leadership. His accomplishments include:

Other Sierra Leonean officers who successfully completed the rigorous training include Assistant Superintendent of Police, ASP Martin Fayia, and Inspector Frances A. Blake.
