In a significant shake-up, President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone has made several ambassadorial appointments, as disclosed today.
Dr. Emmanuel A.R. Gaima, previously the Co-Chair of the Tripartite Committee on the Government Side, has been appointed as the Secretary to the President.
The former Secretary to the President, Dr. Julius F. Sandy, will now serve as the High Commissioner to Nigeria.
Momodu Koroma, who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs under former President Ahmed Tejan Kabbah, has been appointed as the Ambassador of Sierra Leone to Morocco.
Daniel Kaitibi, formerly the Director-General of NATCOM/NatCA, will replace Paul Massaquoi as the Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration, while Massaquoi takes on the role of Ambassador to South Korea.
