Sierra Leone’s Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) Conrad Sackey has repealed that the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for 2024 will be officially announced today, October 10th, 2024, at midday.
Pupils and parents are eagerly awaiting the outcome of the exams, which are crucial for students across Sierra Leone.
The Minister of Education will reveal the much-anticipated results in a live broadcast on SLBC TV.
“This is a pivotal moment for thousands of pupils across the country,” said the minister in a statement.
WASSCE is a standardized exam taken by students in their final year of senior secondary school. It determines their eligibility for tertiary education and future career opportunities.
