In a recent crackdown on illegal drug activities, Regional Police Commander Mr. Brima Kanneh led a successful raid on a residence in Bo City, unearthing a significant stash of illicit substances.
The operation targeted the home of Madam Catherine Bamba, a well-known drug dealer in the area.
During the raid, Bamba managed to evade police by hastily fleeing her residence, leaving behind a substantial amount of Kush.
Authorities also found her driver’s license, which is valid until 2029, and a passport expiring in 2028, among her belongings.
The Regional Police have reiterated their commitment to dismantling the network of drug trafficking in the community and protecting citizens from the adverse impacts of such illegal activities.
The search continues for Madam Bamba, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
