Freetown, Sierra Leone – 11 March 2026 – The All Peoples Congress (APC) has officially opened applications for Constituency Executive positions across the country, the party’s National Secretariat announced in a public notice dated 8 March 2026.
In accordance with Section 16 of the APC Party Elections Rules and Regulations (gazetted by the Political Parties Regulation Commission) and the provisions of the APC Constitution (2022), interested and eligible party members can now apply through the APC’s Online Portal or by manual submission.

Hard copies of the constituency candidature forms have already been dispatched to all Regional Chairmen for onward distribution to districts and constituencies nationwide.
Strict Eligibility Rule
Applicants must be fully compliant with membership subscription obligations and must have been registered, paid-up members of the APC for a continuous period of not less than two (2) years, as required by Article 55(i) of the APC Constitution (2022).

Payments can also be made directly into the APC Party’s account at Rokel Commercial Bank (Account No. 1086762) if necessary. All Orange Money transactions are verified in real time through the party’s digital membership platform.
The notice formally notifies the Political Parties Regulation Commission of the opening of applications.
The development signals the start of internal party preparations as the APC gears up for constituency-level elections in line with its 2022 Constitution and the country’s political parties regulations.
