In a shocking turn of events, tenants Dusu Jawara and Mariama Jawara appeared before Magistrate Hadiru Daboh at the Kabala Court on Tuesday June 25, 2024, accused of beating their landlord, Shekuba Kamara, to death.
The Jawaras face serious charges of conspiracy and murder.
According to court documents, the alleged incident took place on May 28, 2024, at 39 Jalloh Street, Kabala.
The prosecution claims that the duo conspired to commit murder, leading to the death of Shekuba Kamara.
The court has not granted bail to the accused, and both Dusu and Mariama Jawara have been remanded in custody.
