In a public advisory released on 29 September 2023, RC Bank has announced the extension of its Special Pay Points operation period.
Originally scheduled to conclude on 29 September, this service will now remain accessible until 13 October, offering a lifeline to verified polling personnel.
RC Bank’s Special Pay Points will be open seven days a week, ensuring convenience and accessibility for those eligible to receive payments.
Verified polling personnel, whose details were recently confirmed by the ECSL/UNDP Call Center, can expect to receive an SMS containing their individual SIM Korpor e-voucher codes. These codes will facilitate the cashing of their payments at any branch of Rokel Commercial (RC) Bank, existing SIM Korpor agents, or the training centers where they received their ECSL training.
To streamline the process, individuals are encouraged to bring their valid government-issued IDs, such as national identity cards, voter ID cards, driver’s licenses, or passports, which were used to confirm their details during the verification process.
