In a stirring speech delivered at the OACPS headquarters in Brussels on this day, President Bio underscored the critical importance of unity among the 79-member state forum, emphasizing their collective journey towards sustainable development and integration into the global economic fabric.
Praising the Assembly’s unwavering commitment to solidarity and inclusive development, the esteemed President lauded the collaborative efforts in advancing the OACPS’s mission through dynamic South-South, North-South, and triangular cooperation.

Assuming the role of Chair of the African Union Committee of Ten Heads of State and Government on the Reform of the Security Council, President Bio affirmed his unwavering commitment to advocating for the Common African Position and rectifying the historical injustices faced by Africa.
Underscoring his government’s strong commitment to national development, President Bio used the platform to rally support for the successful execution of the Big Five Priority National Development Agenda.
