Police have arrested a suspected Kush dealer in Mamamah Village following a community-led operation that recovered a large quantity of the drug.
Abubakar Kamara, also known as “Jaffah,” was taken into custody after officers seized 287 wraps of suspected Kush. The substance has been placed under police custody as investigations continue.
The Sierra Leone Police (SLP) has praised residents of Mamamah for their cooperation, describing the operation as a clear example of effective community policing.
Police are appealing to the public to keep providing timely information that can help combat drug-related activities and improve safety in communities across the country.
Investigations into the matter remain ongoing.
