Dr. Sengeh’s impressive track record includes his appointment as Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education in 2019, where he showcased his prowess in revolutionizing President Bio’s governance system as the Chief Innovation Officer at the Directorate of Science, Technology, and Innovation at State House.
In less than two years, he instigated an enhanced technological outlook and enforced digitalization, ensuring even the most remote schools were brought under government assessment.
