FREETOWN, Sierra Leone — East End Lions FC have officially clinched the 2024/25 Leone Rock Premier League title, celebrating a dominant campaign with a flair that kept fans enthralled all season.
From the opening fixtures through to the final whistle, the “Killers” demonstrated remarkable consistency, securing their top-of-the-table finish through a stellar combination of grit, skill, and resilience.
In stark contrast, the end of an era of high tension unfolded at the bottom of the standings. Bullom Stars FC and Freetown City FC were relegated to Division One, as their results failed to salvage their Premier League status. Both clubs now face a critical period of regrouping—focused on rebuilding, reassessing, and plotting their return to top-flight competition.
As East End Lions bask in the glory of their accomplishment, the relegated sides will pivot quickly to life in Division One, with aspirations high that this setback will pave the way for a stronger, more determined revival next season.
