Mohamed James, a skilled professional with a (BSc. Honors) degree in computer science from Njala University, has notably served as a data scientist within the Data Science and Technology Institute (DSTI). Known for his expertise in the field, James is particularly enthusiastic about collaborating with experts, citizens, and technical personnel to develop and implement innovative systems.
The appointment letter, bearing the signature of the Secretary to the President, outlines the terms of James’ new role. It reads, “I write to inform you that it has pleased His Excellency the President, Brig. (Rtd.) Julius Maada Bio to appoint you as Director of Technology, Presidential Delivery Unit, Office of the President.”
The letter further states, “The Terms and Conditions of Service in respect of your appointment will be communicated to you in due course. I am to congratulate you on your appointment and to wish you success in this assignment. Your appointment will take effect from the date you report for duty. Please indicate in writing your acceptance or otherwise of the offer.”
