Mayeima, Western Area Rural District – A deadly fence collapse shook the Mayeima community, opposite the Grafton Brigade, late Monday night, leaving one person dead and two others injured.
According to local sources, the incident occurred when a section of a perimeter wall gave way, crashing into three nearby houses.
Emergency responders and residents rushed to the scene in an effort to rescue those affected.
Government representatives reportedly visited the area earlier today to assess the damage and gather information on the cause of the collapse.
Authorities are yet to release an official statement, but investigations are believed to be underway.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been made public.
