Freetown, March 14, 2025 – His Excellency President Brig. (Rtd.) Julius Maada Bio has appointed Mr. Josie Abraham Scott-Manga as the new Deputy Executive Director of the Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA).
The appointment, made in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Transport Act, 1996, was officially conveyed through a letter from the Office of the President. The terms and conditions of service for the role will be communicated in due course.
Mr. Scott-Manga is expected to assume office as soon as he reports for duty, with his appointment taking effect from that date. The government has extended its congratulations and wishes him success in his new role.
His leadership at SLRSA will be instrumental in advancing road safety initiatives across the country.
