In a recent development, Magistrate Sahr Kekura presiding over Court No.1 at Ross Road Magistrate Court in Freetown has ordered the remand of Hawa Moinina, a 35-year-old woman, to the Female Correctional Centre.
The decision comes after Moinina’s apprehension in the eastern part of Freetown, specifically around the Up Gun Community, with a possession of twenty-seven (27) wraps of kush.
