In a significant development, the Judiciary of Sierra Leone has issued a “Notice of Service,” alerting the public to updates in the ongoing corruption case titled “The State vs Saidu NALLO, Adikali Foday Suma, Foday Vahfomba Bawoh, Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara, Kandeh Foday Basil Kamara & Jules Sanders Davis.”
The trial, presided over by Justice Adrian Fisher J., has been re-adjourned and is now scheduled to resume on Friday, 17th November 2023.

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has accused Dr. Samura Kamara of misappropriating funds designated for the renovation of Sierra Leone’s Chancery Building in New York during his tenure as the country’s Foreign Affairs Minister under a previous APC administration. Additionally, he faces accusations of misleading key figures in this high-stakes corruption trial.
