The Inspector General of Police of the Republic of Liberia, Hon. Gregory O. W. Coleman, has today arrived in Freetown for a four-day working visit with Sierra Leone’s Inspector General of Police, Mr. William Fayia Sellu.
He was warmly received by senior officials of the Sierra Leone Police.
This high-level visit is focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, boosting security coordination, and sharing operational strategies on:
- Cross-border crime
- Community policing
- Modern policing approaches
- Regional peace and intelligence collaboration
Throughout the four-day stay, both Police Chiefs will engage in strategic meetings, visit key policing facilities, and explore joint initiatives designed to enhance safety and stability across the Mano River Union.
At a time when regional security is more important than ever, this engagement reinforces the long-standing brotherhood between the Liberia National Police and the Sierra Leone Police.
