The Sierra Leone Police on Monday 19th October 2025 arrested a suspected armed robber with a semi-automatic rifle and 48 rounds of live ammunition at the Mange Police Checkpoint.
The suspect, identified as Dibro Kamara of Kissy Town, Waterloo, was detained by Sierra Leone Police officers during a routine check. He is being held as a suspected armed robber.
According to the SLP Media Team, investigations are ongoing to establish further details surrounding the incident.
