The management, staff, and pupils of Bo School have welcomed exciting news following the announcement by Babadi Kamara to construct a modern 2,000-seater mini stadium and a six-a-side football pitch for the school.
According to reports, one of the facilities will be built at the school’s main playing field, while the other will be located between Liverpool and London towns in the School.
The project is expected to strengthen sports development and create more opportunities for young talents within the school and the wider community.
In a significant step toward the realization of the project, representatives from FIFA recently visited the proposed site to assess the area and hold discussions regarding the development.
Students and staff members have described the initiative as a major milestone for the institution, praising the contribution of the SLFA President and Old Boy of the school toward the advancement of sports and education in Sierra Leone.
