In a shocking turn of events, the vibrant world of Sierra Leonean hip hop is witnessing a heated feud between two prominent artists, Kao Denero and Drizilik.
Earlier today, Kao Denero, the seasoned rapper and Ambassador of Sierra Leone Entertainment, took to his Facebook page to address what he perceives as attempts to create discord between him and the rising star Drizilik. He stated, “I see them all trying their best to hype a bad situation between me and this young brother.” Kao Denero emphasized the importance of respecting elders in the industry, recounting instances where he supported Drizilik’s career.
In response, Drizilik simply countered with a single word, “Lies,” fueling the flames of the dispute.
Kao Denero wasn’t one to back down. He challenged Drizilik’s memory, presenting photographic evidence of their past interactions. “Wow, you must have real bad memory then. Maybe this pic was Photoshop right,” he remarked.
Expressing disappointment in Drizilik’s denial, Kao Denero declared, “From today, you’ve lost the small respect or love I had for you.”
The tension escalated as Kao Denero questioned Drizilik’s credibility, stating, “Now I know you’re a human with no credibility. If you can be bold enough to try to switch the reality, damn.” The veteran rapper went on to criticize Drizilik’s integrity, labeling him as “the type of rapper I hate with my gut – ALL CAP.”
As the social media feud unfolds, fans are left in suspense, wondering whether this clash between Sierra Leone’s hip hop giants will escalate further or if a resolution is in sight.
