TUNIS, Tunisia – An unidentified man, believed to be of Sierra Leonean nationality, is currently in a critical condition at Rabta Hospital in Tunis.
According to reports, the man was found behind the emergency room wall of the hospital, in a severely ill and disoriented state. He is reportedly unable to speak or identify himself due to his condition.
Authorities and members of the Sierra Leonean community in Tunisia are calling for urgent help in identifying him.
Concerned individuals are being urged to contact the Sierra Leone Consulate in Tunis immediately.
A plea has also been made for maximum sharing of the man’s photo and information, in the hope that someone – possibly a family member or acquaintance – might recognize him and help confirm his identity.
