In preparation for the upcoming graduation ceremony scheduled from April 22nd to April 24th, 2024, the University of Sierra Leone has released details regarding congregation fees for the 2022/2023 academic year.
According to the university administration, the fees are as follows:
– Ph.D.: LE5,000.00
– M. Phil: LE3,500.00
– MA/M.Ed/M.Sc.: LE3,000.00
– Undergraduates: LE2,000.00
– Diploma/Certificate: LE1,500.00
It’s important to note that these costs encompass several services, including personalized degree certificates, regalia rental (except for Ph.D. candidates), the college yearbook, and administrative expenses.
However, these proposed dates are pending approval by the University Court. Students and candidates are advised to stay updated for any changes.
Payments for congregation fees must be completed at the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank no later than April 12th, 2024. The account name for these transactions is “University of Sierra Leone,” as confirmed by the Acting Registrar.
