The National Revenue Authority (NRA), through its Non-Tax Revenue (NTR) Department, has sealed Mineret Company Limited over outstanding tax liabilities of $1,000,000 as part of the Authority’s ongoing enforcement drive to ensure taxpayer compliance.
The enforcement action demonstrates the NRA’s commitment to strengthening domestic revenue mobilisation and ensuring that businesses operating in Sierra Leone meet their statutory tax obligations.
The NRA continues to urge businesses and taxpayers to settle their outstanding liabilities promptly, noting that non-compliance with tax obligations may result in enforcement measures being taken in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
These enforcement actions will be carried out on Ten (10) more businesses/Companies.
