Fatmata Blozer Mansaray, the children’s mother, died this morning at Cottage Hospital (Princess Christian Maternity Hospital) in Freetown while receiving treatment for severe burns sustained in the blaze.
The fire broke out on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, in the New Site community of Waterloo in the Western Area Rural District.
