Kazakhstan Offers 2025/2026 Scholarships to Sierra Leonean Students

Freetown, Sierra Leone – The Ministry of Technical and Higher Education has announced the opening of applications for the Kazakhstan Scholarship Program for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The initiative is part of a wider offering from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Sierra Leone is among the OIC member states eligible for the scholarship, which provides 100 slots for both undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.

The government is encouraging suitably qualified Sierra Leonean students to seize this opportunity for international academic advancement.

Application Guidelines

Key Deadlines:

* Online Submission: All required documents must be uploaded by *30th May 2025* via [https://study.kz/admission](https://study.kz/admission).

* Hard Copy Submission: A printed application form, together with all supporting documents, must be delivered to the Ministry of Technical and Higher Education, New England Ville, Freetown, by *Friday, 23rd May 2025.

Applicants are advised to label their submission envelopes clearly with their full name, contact number, email address, and the phrase “Application for Kazakhstan Scholarship Program.”

Please Note: Candidates will be responsible for their own travel and incidental expenses.
