Court of Appeal Judge, Justice Momoh-Jah Stevens has sentenced 57-year-old herbalist, Sao Steven, of Sima Town Devil Hole, Western Rural District, for sexually penetrating 13-year-old pupil.
The sentenced was carried out as part of the Judiciary of Sierra Leone Judicial week.
Justice Stevens completed five cases – one acquitted and four sentenced.
Earlier, Chief Justice, Hon. Desmond B. Edwards assigned 23 Judges to handle 802 cases in two weeks nationwide.
“Our responsibility is timely delivery of justice with speedy completion of all cases…”said Chief Justice Edwards.
