Freetown, April 8, 2025 – The Government of Sierra Leone has announced a series of new appointments approved by His Excellency, President Brig. (Rtd) Dr. Julius Maada Bio.
According to a public notice from State House, the following individuals have been appointed to key positions:
– Mr. Ibrahim Sannoh – Minister, Ministry of Youth Affairs
– Mr. Eric Massallay – Deputy Minister, Ministry of Communications, Technology and Innovation

– Mr. Mustapha Mac Lissa – Managing Director, Sierra Leone National Shipping Company
– Dr. Eldred Taylor – Chairman, Office of Presidential Infrastructure Initiative
The appointments are expected to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery in their respective sectors.
