Freetown, Sierra Leone – Authorities have detained a man identified as Kinneh Koroma in connection with the gruesome killing of 25-year-old Christiana Johnny, whose body was discovered on Christmas Day in Njoluhun village, Moyamba District.
Local police confirmed the arrest, stating that the victim was found dead in a bushy area near her walking path after she had traveled to nearby Taiama Town to purchase food supplies.
Preliminary reports indicate she suffered severe injuries from a machete attack, with her remains located at the site shortly afterward.
