Freetown, 7 September 2026 — The All Peoples Congress (APC) National Secretariat has published the Provisional Voters Register for its forthcoming District Elections, urging party members, qualified delegates, aspirants and other stakeholders to review it carefully within the next 48 hours.
In a public notice issued on 7 September 2026, the party said the register is now available on its official website (apcsl.net) and has been forwarded to the respective regions and districts. Copies will also be displayed at designated locations within the districts for easy access and verification.
The National Secretariat is calling on all qualified delegates, aspirants and interested stakeholders to examine the register thoroughly and immediately report any omission, error, duplication, incorrect information or other issues requiring correction.
The party noted that it is operating under a 21-day timeline set by the Court to complete outstanding internal elections. Approximately six to seven days of that period have already been used for planning, compiling and verifying the voters register, as well as making necessary administrative arrangements.
“Consequently, time is of the essence,” the notice stated. The 48-hour verification window is intended to allow legitimate corrections to be received, processed and reflected in the Final Voters Register ahead of the District Elections scheduled for Saturday, 19 September 2026.
Anyone needing a correction can contact the National Secretariat directly or visit its offices, where designated staff will receive and assist with processing requests.
The Secretariat appealed for full cooperation and prompt action from all concerned, stressing that compliance with the Court’s timeline is a collective responsibility. Stakeholders were urged not to wait until the 48-hour period expires before raising issues that can be brought to the Secretariat’s attention immediately.
The National Secretariat reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring an orderly, transparent, credible and inclusive electoral process.
The notice was issued by the National Secretariat of the All People’s Congress (APC).
