The Miss Sierra Leone 2023 pageant reached its grand finale with Daizy Princess Mujeh Abdulai, representing Moyamba District as “Miss Moyamba,” emerging as the victor in a resounding win.
This annual event, co-organized by Miss Sierra Leone Limited and the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, showcased 15 outstanding contestants from diverse districts across Sierra Leone.
Under the theme “A Healthy Environment in a World of Beauty, Peace, and Integrity,” the pageant not only celebrated beauty but also championed a message of harmony and well-being.
Daizy Princess Mujeh Abdulai, already the holder of the prestigious Miss Freetown Queen 2022 title, now adds the coveted crown of Miss Sierra Leone 2023 to her list of accomplishments, surpassing 14 other contenders.
Her victory earns her a new car, a substantial cash prize, and a year-long monthly stipend. This achievement isn’t just about glamour; it recognizes her talent, grace, and her potential to represent Sierra Leone on the international stage at the Miss World competition.
Daizy, currently in her final year at Fourah Bay College pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, is not just a dedicated scholar but also serves as the Vice President of the Chemistry Society at F.B.C. Her academic excellence is matched by her unwavering commitment to learning and personal development.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Daizy Abdulai is a versatile talent, showcasing her skills as a singer, songwriter, and dancer.
