Freetown, Sierra Leone — Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, has paid heartfelt final respects to his late personal driver, Alpha Umaru Jalloh, who died in a tragic road accident.
According to reports, the Vice President described the deceased as more than an employee, viewing him as a close family member due to his years of diligent and loyal service.

Alpha Umaru Jalloh, who served as the Vice President’s main/chief driver, lost his life alongside Warrant Officer (WO) Kamara Jabbie, a military personnel attached to the VP’s security detail. The fatal accident occurred on Thursday night along the Makeni-Gbomsamba road (reports also mention the Masiaka-Bo Road area in some accounts).
