In a momentous occasion during the International Civil Aviation Negotiations 2023 (#ICAN23) on Wednesday, 7th December 2023, the Minister of Transport and Aviation, Fanday Turay, and the Director General of the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority, Madam Musayeroh Barrie, proudly announced the signing of a Bilateral Air Service Agreement with the Government of Ethiopia.
