The Bo West Division has scored a major breakthrough in its ongoing crackdown on illegal drug trafficking.
On Monday, 8th December 2025, the Local Unit Commander of Bo West Division, Chief Superintendent of Police Augustine Kabia, led a targeted intelligence-driven operation that resulted in the arrest of a suspect known as Junior at New London.
The suspect, who was apprehended aboard vehicle AUH 390, was immediately escorted to the Bo West Police Station, where a detailed search of the vehicle discovered 37 wraps each containing 10 cards of 250mg Tramadol, along with 12 black parcels of kush hidden inside the vehicle.
Both the suspect and the seized substances have since been handed over to TOCU South for further investigation and subsequent prosecution.
