In a critical announcement, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has extended the deadline for Public Officers to declare their Assets, Income, and Liabilities for the 2022 Declaration Year.
The ACC has granted a one-week extension, allowing officers to make their declarations on the online portal.
The extended period begins today, October 19, 2023, and will conclude at midnight on Thursday, October 26, 2023. This additional time is crucial for officers who have not yet fulfilled their mandatory declaration requirements under the Anti-Corruption Act of 2008, as amended.
The ACC strongly urges defaulters to take advantage of this extension and comply with the legal obligations. Failure to declare within the stipulated timeframe will result in severe punitive sanctions. Public Officers must be aware that the Commission is prepared to implement Administrative Sanctions, including the withholding of salaries, against those who miss this extended deadline.
To complete their declarations, Public Officers should visit the Anti-Corruption Commission’s official website at www.anticorruption.gov.sl or assets.anticorruption.gov.sl. Don’t miss this opportunity to ensure compliance with the law.
